At the video conference on 21 December, President Putin launched traffic at the M-12 section between Moscow and Kazan.

On November, 14, the winners of the 10^th Formula of Motion national award for achievements in transportation and transport infrastructure were announced at the Transport Week forum in Moscow. 

On June 3, a new traffic interchange at Tsiolkovsky Street was officially opened to traffic. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, the President’s representative in Volga Federal District Igor Komarov and the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin.

The launching of the Central Bridge deck has been completed. The launching operation that included 15 stages took a year. 715 m of steel structures with a total weight of over 9000 tons were assembled.

On December 21^th, a meeting of the working group in the construction sector took place in Moscow. The working group, established by the Government Commission for the administration reform, is responsible for improvement of oversight and permission functions of federal executive authorities.

On December 8^th, a meeting of the Public Council took place. The participants discussed the results of the Rosavtodor agency’s activities in 2021 and outlined the work plan for 2022. 

A plenary session of the International Forum of Transport Infrastructure and a round table ‘Transport infrastructure for people’ took place today. At the session, the participants discussed current issues of investment projects in the transport infrastructure of St. Petersburg. Aleksei Zhurbin, General Director of Stroyproekt, spoke about the problems in pricing of the infrastructure projects and possible steps to improve the contractual system of concession projects.

On September 14^th, the interchange at the intersection of the Western High Speed Diameter (WHSD) with Shuvalovsky Prospekt was officially opened to traffic in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg.

The contract includes engineering surveys and design for construction of a new transport link “Stroiteley Street” in the city of Perm.

The results of the All-Russia Best Engineering Company Contest 2020 were announced on 28 July 2021. Our company was awarded the Russian Construction Industry Elite Diploma for its outstanding achievements.

The Directorate for Transport System Development of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region has announced the results of the open tender for preparation of the area planning design for construction of a new approach road from the A-181 Scandinavia federal highway to Brusnichnoye border crossing point.

On 23.04.20201, Stroyproekt took part in 2021 Career Days held in St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering from April 19 to April 23.

The ceremony was attended by the Governor of St. Petersburg A. Beglov, Presidential Aide I. Levitin and VTB Bank President A. Kostin.

Aleksei Surovtsev, Chairman of the Board and Deputy General Director of Stroyproekt, made a presentation on "Shortcomings in the bridge engineering regulatory framework. Proposals for its improvement".

On 28 December, a 170km-long stretch of Moscow Region Central Ring Road was officially opened to traffic. The ceremony was attended by Aide to President Igor Levitin, Deputy Prime-Minister Marat Khusnullin, Chairman of the Russian Highways Board Vyacheslav Petushenko, and other high-level officials.

On 24 December, the M-4 Don highway section between 1024 km and 1036 km was opened after rehabilitation. Rehabilitation works started in spring 2019.

The State Expert Review Authority issued positive conclusions on the design, cost estimates and engineering surveys for stages 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Togliatti Bypass Project. 

The Betancourt Bridge, designed by Institute Stroyproekt, is ranked first in the nomination "Best Engineering and Transport Infrastructure Project" at the competition organized by National Association of Researchers and Designers (NOPRIZ).

Our company has signed a contract for development of an integrated plan for St. Petersburg public transport system.

Stroyproekt has concluded a design contract with Saratov City Administration for rehabilitation of a traffic interchange on one of the major urban streets.

Stroyproekt ranked second In the nomination of Information Modeling of traffic facilities with the project of a multi-level traffic interchange in the city of Arkhangelsk.

The annual awards ceremony took place on 3 August 2020 before celebration of the Builders' Day.

The Memorial built on the M-11 Neva Express Motorway (at 561 km) was opened on 28 June 2020, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Stroyproekt signed the contract to develop a feasibility study for construction of the third stage of the Sochi Bypass.

Stroyproekt won the tender for design, survey and area planning works for the project of Elegest - Kyzyl - Kuragino railway line (the Republic of Tuva, Eastern Siberia).

On February 7, a special ceremonial meeting was held at St. Petersburg State Transport University to celebrate the Russian Science Day.

The forum took place in Rostov-on-Don. At the company’s stand, Stroyproekt presented the ongoing projects in Rostov Region, in particular, Aksai Bypass being part of the M-4 Don, Northern Bypass of Rostov-on-Don and the access road to Platov airport. 

On January 23, 2020, the positive conclusion by Volgograd Region State Expertise was received for technical design of the Volga River Bridge Project, Section 3.

Stroyproekt was included in several working groups of the Expert Council of the Road Industry Competence Centre to promote new materials and methods for road construction, repair and maintenance.

Stroyproekt won two tenders for design and survey services for road construction and rehabilitation projects.

Alexey Nikolayev medal was established in 2018 in honor of Alexey Nikolayev – the first Soviet Russian Minister of Roads and an eminent statesman, who initiated extensive reforms in the road sector.

On October 17, the round-table discussion on the use of new technologies to increase safety and reliability of bridges in construction and operation took place at the international road exhibition in Ekaterinburg.

International Road Exhibition is held in Ekaterinburg from October 16 to 18 bringing together experts of the industry. More than 250 companies from Russia, China, Switzerland, Czech Republic and other countries present their innovations and achievements.

On 10 October 2019, a round table was held in the Federation Council. The table was arranged by the Committee on Economic Policy to discuss measures for improving Design Regulatory Framework in Road Construction.

The award ceremony for the Russian Roads - 2019 contest took place in Moscow on October 10. The Betancourt Bridge, designed by Institute Stroyproekt, won the special Unique Project of the Year prize.

On September 26, a new museum was opened in St.Petersburg. It is a branch site of the Central Railway Transport Museum – the Bridge Museum. The exposition covers the last two hundred years of Russian bridge engineering.

Rehabilitation of the Murmansk Airport is part of the federal project for development of regional airports and air routes. The project is included into the national programme for comprehensive modernization and enhancement of main transport infrastructure by 2024 approved by the Russian Government order No 2101-р dated 30 September 2018). 

On September 3, Stage 7 of the M-11 express toll highway Moscow - St. Petersburg was opened to traffic. The opening ceremony was held at the 561st kilometer of the road.

As the deputy head of the Federal Road Agency Yevgeny Nosov informs, 85 national standards are to be newly developed and approved in the road sector by the end of the year.

The 5th International Forum “Innovations in Road Construction” took place in Sochi. It was organized by State Company AVTODOR and attended by members of the State Duma and representatives of relevant ministries, and construction and design companies.

St.Petersburg Economic Forum held a special session dedicated to use of concrete cement technology in construction of federal roads in Russia. 

The traditional Great Cycling Ride 2019 took place on May, 26. The event is held annually on last Sunday of May to promote cycling in Russia. 

On 21 May 2019, an all-Russia round table was held in Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI). The round table topic was “Challenges and effective ways to implement Road Safety and Quality National Project and Russia’s transition to a new technological level, which ensures 12-year period between road overhauls”. 

Stroyproekt was successful in two tender competitions announced by St. Petersburg Parking Authority. The assignments involve research and design services for two cycling path projects in the south part of St. Petersburg, including the design of cycling infrastructure and detailed design of traffic lights modernization.

On May 7, 2019 Volga-Vyatsk State Road Authority signed a contract with the winner of the public tender for design and research services - Institute Stroyproekt.

Stroyproekt has won the public tender for development of design documentation and cost estimates for the project “Connection of the Western High Speed Diameter to the East-West Highway and construction of a new traffic interchange with Vitebsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg”.

On April 25, 2019 the students of the University met with the general director of Stroyproekt – Aleksei Zhurbin, who graduated from the University in 1983. The event took place within a series of meetings with distinguished alumni.

Institute Stroyproekt won the public tender for design and survey services for the M-7 Volga Highway Project (Moscow – Vladimir – Nizhniy Novgorod – Kazan – Ufa), in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The positive opinion by the State Expert Review Authority (GGE) was received both for technical and cost-estimating design documentation of the Central Ring Road Project, Phase 4.

The project involves rehabilitation of the northernmost international airport in Russia, including construction of new pavement between the central and northern aprons to handle the A-321 type aircrafts and construction of a new taxiway between the aprons and the runway.

As per the results of the fourth quarter 2018, Stroyproekt was ranked first of TOP-3 of technical consultants in the leaderboard of infrastructure projects by Concessionaires and Long-term Infrastructure Investors National Association (CoLTI).

Approvals by GGE have been obtained for technical and cost-estimating design documentation for the project: the M-4 Don highway from Moscow to Novorossiysk through the cities of Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar.

On Sunday, December 9, 2018, the opening ceremony took place in Kaluga for the motor road around Kaluga at the section Sekiotovo - Annenki with a bridge across the Oka River.

The First International Transport Infrastructure Forum opened at the Lenexpo exhibition grounds in St. Petersburg. The objective of the Forum is to exchange the best practices in the industry, promote innovations and to attract investments to the road sector.

The first dedicated international exhibition is held immediately in advance of Road Industry Day, and is supported by Russian Ministry of Transport and Federal Road Agency. The event takes place from 16 to 18 of October in the Kazan Expo exhibition centre (the city of Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan).

The members of Public Council took up the follow-up report on implementation of priorities and programmes by the Agency over two last quarters, which was favorably received.

Representatives of lead Russian and international engineering, research and bridge companies met at the workshop to share experiences and pool their efforts to find an optimal solution for construction of the bridge crossing over the Lena near the city of Yakutsk.

On 6 June 2018, the longest section of Moscow - St. Petersburg Express Toll Road was opened to traffic.  This M-11 stretch between 334 and 543 km of the road is located in Tver and Novgorod regions.

On 29 May 2018, a positive opinion by the State Expert Review Authority was received for the design, results of engineering surveys and cost estimates for the project “Utilities Design and Rehabilitation in the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius and Moscow Theological Academy”, in Sergiev Posad, Moscow Region.

At the end of the first quarter 2018, Stroyproekt was ranked first in the TOP-3 of technical consultants according to the rating of infrastructure projects market leaders by the Concessionaires and Long-Term Infrastructure Investors National Association (CoLTI).

The research-to-practice conference “Important Issues of Design and Survey in Road Industry” started its work in St. Petersburg on April 16. It is a venue where the participants can discuss the most acute issues in road survey, design and construction, develop proposals and find solutions.

Serny Bridge, which is being built in St. Petersburg in preparation to the FIFA World Cup 2018, will be given the name of Agustin de Betancourt.

On 27 March 2018, Stroyproekt experts gave a master class as part of the advanced training programme at MGIMO University. The Programme was arranged by PPP Institute together with the Department of Economic Policy and Public-Private Partnership of MGIMO University, and sponsored by Russian PPP Development Centre.

A groundbreaking ceremony that took place on 27 January 2018 signaled the start of construction of Aksai bypass, which will be part of the M-4 Don.

Institute Stroyproekt took part in the Russian Investment Form held in Sochi on 15 and 16 February.

On 15 February 2018, Khabarovsk Bypass was announced the best transport PPP project of Russia at the Russia Investment Forum held in Sochi. Among the nominated projects were the Chusovaya River Bridge in Perm Krai, 4th section of the Central Ring Road around Moscow and the Eastern Bypass of Ufa.

On 15 February 2018, an award ceremony was held at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi for winners of the ROSINFA 2017 national award in the field of infrastructure.
Stroyproekt received an award in nomination “Best technical consultant/ designer”.

Stroyproekt has signed a design contract for development of bikeways in the central and northern parts of St. Petersburg.

The construction contractor started installation of the cable system on the bridge across Serny Island in St. Petersburg. 

Road construction will start right after completion of preparatory works. The road route will run through Oktyabrsky, Aksaisky and Azovsky Districts and Novocherkassk and Bataisk. The total length of the road will be 65.5 km.

On November, 29, the winners of the Best Project 2017 Competition organized by National Association of Researchers and Designers (NOPRIZ) received their awards in Moscow.

A new 16 km four-lane road linked the airport with the northern by-pass of Rostov-on-Don and M-4 Don highway.

Institute Stroyproekt was announced the winner of the 6th All-Russia Competition “Leader of Innovations in the Russian Road Sector 2017” in nomination “Innovations in Design”.

The Russian Ministry of Transport awarded Aleksander Zlotnikov with a medal “For Construction of Transport Facilities” for his professional achievements and many years of diligent work, and on occasion of his 60th birthday.

In the beginning of November our colleagues from Institute Proektmostorekonstruktsia celebrated 30th anniversary of the company.

Stroyproekt was announced the winner in the open tender for design and survey works under the Project “Construction of M-4 Don Road from Moscow to Novorossiysk in the Section of Krasnodar Far Western By-pass”.

On October, 12, Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov presented state and industry awards to the road sector professionals.

The seventh ROADEXPO international specialised exhibition and forum took place in Crocus Exhibition Centre from 10 to 13 October, 2017. The exhibition was sponsored by the Ministry of Transport of Russia and Federal Road Agency.

On 23.09.2017, Voroshilovsky Bridge over the Don River in Rostov-on-Don was officially opened to traffic.

A 50-km road section from km 208 to km 258 is being constructed in Tver Region. All 26 engineering structures that are part of the road are close to completion.

Voroshilovsky Bridge in Rostov-on-Don was open to traffic. The bridge opening was timed to coincide with the anniversary of Rostov Region. After rehabilitation the bridge has separate decks for each traffic direction. The total length of the bridge crossing is 623 m including a central span of 156 m.

The positive opinion by the State Expert Review Authority was received for Design of a new exit to Moscow Ring Road from M-7 “Volga” Federal Highway Construction Stage I (with a by-pass of Balashiha and Noginsk in Moscow Region).

By the Russian President Decree No. 288 of 27.06.2017, Aleksei Zhurbin, General Director of Institute Stroyproekt, was awarded the Order of Friendship for outstanding professional achievements and longstanding and good work.

The festive event was attended by Mayor of Rostov V. Kushnaryov, Rostov Region Minister of Transport A. Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Territory Development, Architecture and Urban Construction A. Polyansky, top officials of regional municipalities and representatives of construction contractors.

On 31 May 2017, the workshop on “Pricing and cost engineering in urban construction” was held in Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University. The workshop was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the construction economics and management department.

The 6th international forum “Transport of Siberia” opened in Novosibirsk on 24 May 2017. The opening ceremony was attended by Sergey Menyailo, Plenipotentiary of the Russian President in Siberian Federal District, Vladimir Gorodetsky, Governor of Novosibirsk Region, Valery Okulov, Deputy Minister of Transport, Alexander Starovoitov, Member of the State Duma Committee for Transport and Construction and Andrey Shimkiv, Chairman of Novosibirsk Region Legislative Assembly.

The opening ceremony took place on 19 May. The ceremony was attended by Vice-Speaker of the Council of the Federation Evgeny Bushmin, Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov, Governor of Rostov Region Vasily Golubev, Chairman of the Avtodor Board Sergei Kelbakh and the top managers of the main design company – Aleksei Zhurbin, the General Director of Institute Stroyproekt and Alexander Kusik, the Director of Stroyproekt Rostov Office.

On 12 – 14 April 2017, IV International Forum of Transport Infrastructure Investors and Operators takes place in Sochi. The forum is organised by Russian Highways State Company (Avtodor). Stroyproekt Engineering Group is a strategic partner of the forum.

On 11 April 2017, a closure segment was installed in the river span of the bridge near Serny Island in St. Petersburg.

The 4th Infrastructure Congress “Russian PPP Week” was held in Moscow. It is the largest event for infrastructure development and public-private partnership.

A jubilee conference “Current problems in road and bridge engineering” took place in St. Petersburg on 28 and 29 March. The event was organised by ASDOR and sponsored by State Company Russian Highways, Bridge Building Association “Fund AMOST” and the St. Petersburg committee for transport infrastructure development.

The positive opinion by the expert review authority was received for the design documentation, engineering survey results and cost estimates.

The bridge design developed by Stroyproekt Engineering Group was highly appreciated for its budget, social and economic efficiency, investment attractiveness and unique solutions.

Institute Stroyproekt has concluded a design contract for three traffic interchanges on the Western High Speed Diameter (WHSD) in St. Petersburg.

On 16 January 2017, Rostov Branch of Institute Stroyproekt presented to the governor of Rostov Region an architectural concept design of the access road to the airport. The design provides for development of a comfort environment. The governor approved the design proposed by Rostov Branch.

Today, on December 20th, the contractors finalised the installation of decks for a new bridge over the Big Nevka to Krestovsky Island aligned with Yakhtennaya Street.

Today, on December 14th, a new bridge built in Pavlodar (Republic of Kazakhstan) to the design of our company was opened to traffic.

The Association was founded by Institute Stroyproekt, Institute Proektmostrekonstruktsia, Institute Novgorodstroyproekt, Peterburgskie Seti, Institute Tunnelstroyproekt and Institute Transport Intelligent Systems.

On 8 November 2016 M. Sokolov, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, opened the annual transport conference in St. Petersburg. The conference was sponsored by the Directorate for Development of Transport System of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region.

Stroyproekt has signed a detailed design contract for the road section km 58 – km 97.

On 28 October, Governor of Tyumen Region Vladimir Yakushev opened a new interchange to traffic. The new four-lane grade-separated interchange will ensure uninterrupted transit traffic bypassing the city.

On 19 and 20 October, the contractors building Voroshilovsky Bridge closed the main span of the bridge in a complex engineering operation.

On 11 October, the regular international Road Exhibition was opened in the Crocus-Expo Centre prior to the Professional Day of Road Workers.

26 September, FIDIC Awards 2016 for outstanding engineering projects were presented in Marrakesh, Morocco. Stroyproekt received an Award of Merit for the Bugrinsky Bridge Project.

Stroyproekt Engineering Group is actively introducing BIM technologies into practice. To systematize activities in the sphere of BIM engineering, a dedicated company’s division, Stroyproekt-INFO, was established in 2016.

The 3rd International Conference "Role and Place of Intelligent Transport Systems on Russian Toll Roads -  Modern  Development Trends" (ITSONROAD) organized by the State Company Russian Highways was held in St. Petersburg on September 8-9, with the support of the Ministry of Transport and the Federal Road Agency.

Stroyproekt’s pennant was installed on Lenin Peak – one of the highest mountains in Central Asia.

On 22 August the next deck segment was erected on the new bridge being built at Yakhtennaya Street in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg.

According to the Secretariat of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), the Bugrinsky Bridge project submitted by Stroyproekt to the FIDIC awards in the category “Outstanding Projects of the Year 2016” has been short-listed.

Construction of the road section from 993 to 1024 km in Rostov Region is a first pilot project in Russia aimed at harmonization of Russian and Western engineering standards.

The closure of the bridge over the Korabelny Fairway at the Central section of Western High Speed Diameter (WHSD) took place in St. Petersburg on 9 August.

On the night of 8 and 9 August, a closing segment of the cable-stayed bridge over Korabelny Fairway was installed.

The award was established by Youth Association under the Governor of St. Petersburg. The winners were chosen by voting at the award web-site.

The State Expert Review Authority has approved the design documentation developed by Stroyproekt Rostov Branch for construction of two bridge crossings in Krymsk.

On 2 August, Minister of Transport Sokolov, Head of Rosavtodor Starovoit and Acting Governor of Tver Region Rudenya opened to traffic the rehabilitated four-lane bypass road around Torzhok, being part of the M-10 highway Moscow – St. Petersburg.

Stroyproekt has obtained a new certificate of business experience and reputation in line with GOST R 66.1.01-2015 “Evaluation of experience and business reputation of enterprises.

On 19 July, the company’s directors inspected the progress of works on site. On 22 July a technical excursion was arranged for top managers of the sectoral companies, Maurer AG and Mostostroy-11. During the excursion General Director of Stroyproekt Aleksei Zhurbin told the guests about the project and novel solutions applied. The guests could see the deck launching operations. An incremental launch is a method of building a complete bridge deck from one end of the bridge only. This method allows erecting large spans with lower labour intensity.

On 2 and 3 June, the annual meeting of senior managers of Stroyproekt Engineering Group took place in Novgorod.

The 5th International Forum “Transport of Siberia” started in Novosibirsk on 25 May 2016. The participants were greeted by N. Rogozhkin, Representative of the Russian President in Siberian Federal Region, V. Okulov, Russian Deputy Minister of Transport, V. Gorodetsky, Governor of Novosibirsk Region, A. Shimkiv, Chairman of the Regional Assembly, and A. Lokot, Mayor of Novosibirsk.

The awarding ceremony for designers and surveyors took place on 29 April 2016 during the Third All-Russia Congress of National Association of Surveyors and Designers (NOPRIZ) in Moscow. Alexey Zhurbin, Stroyproekt General Director, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the State Duma Committee for Land Relations and Construction.

The visit took place on May 4 in presence of Kirill Polyakov, General Director of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region Directorate for Transport System Development, Sergey Kharlashkin, Chairman of St. Petersburg Transport Infrastructure Development Committee, Yury Molchanov, Senior Vice-President of VTB Bank, Alexei Zhurbin, General Director of Stroyproekt and senior managers of the companies involved into the project financing and construction.

The Governor of Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov inspected the progress of works on the project “Street No.1 “Big Ring” (Western Bypass of Sergiev Posad)”.

On 12-13 April 2016 Stroyproekt delegation headed by General Director Aleksei Zhurbin visited BAUMA 2016 Trade Fair for Construction Machinery in Munich. The purpose of the visit was to share experiences in road construction.

On April 1, 2016, Stroyproekt Engineering Group held a meeting about the results of 2015. The meeting took place in the conference hall of Crowne Plaza St. Petersburg Airport Hotel.

On 16 March 2016, Stroyproekt presented the Administration of Archangelsk Region the alternatives for improving the transport situation at the right-bank ramp of the bridge over the Northern Dvina River.   

A session of the NOPRIZ (National Association of Researchers and Designers) Committee for Tendering, Innovations and Pricing was held on 19 February 2016.

In February 2016, the delegation of Stroyproekt visited Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The programme of visit included a meeting with the Vice-Prime Minister of Tajikistan Mr. Azim Imbrohim and the Minister of Transport Mr. Sherali Gandzhalzod. The meeting was organised to discuss strategic cooperation for implementing large design and construction projects in the field of transport infrastructure of Tajikistan.

On 24 December, the bypass of Tarasovka (the first stage) was officially open to traffic after rehabilitation.  The opening ceremony was attended by the Russian Minister of Transport Maksim Sokolov, the First Deputy of the Minister Eugeniy Ditrikh, the Head of Rosavtodor Roman Starovoit and the Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobjev.

The opening ceremony took place on 9 December 2015.

This year the Transport Week takes place in Moscow on 30 November – 5 December. The Transport Week is an annual business event that comprises a number of nationwide and international activities dedicated to the transport industry, including IX Forum and Exhibition "Transport of Russia".

The design of Bugrinsky Bridge in Novosibirsk developed by Stroyproekt won the industry professional competition organised by NOPRIZ, National Association of Researchers and Designers.

The results of a creative competition “Dream up a New Bridge” were announced at the conference “Road and Transport Sector Sustainable Development: Innovations and Anti-Crisis Measures” dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Stroyproekt.

The conference took place on 12-13 November with the support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Federal Road Agency and State Company Russian Highways.

On 21 October 2015, a new bridge across the Tura River and a new traffic interchange at Dambovskaya Street were opened to traffic in the city of Tyumen.

On 20 October 2015, a regular session of the Standardisation, Quality Improvement and Innovations Section of Federal Road Agency Rosavtodor was chaired by Evgeny Damje, Advisor to Rosavtodor Director. Aleksey Zhurbin, General Director of Stroyproekt took part in this session.

The Road Exhibition was opened on 13 October. The opening ceremony was attended by Maksim Sokolov, Minister of Transport of Russia, Roman Starovoit, Head of Federal Road Agency, Pyotr Ivanov, Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Region Government and Sergei Kelbakh, Chairman of the Board of State Company Russian Highways (Avtodor). The exhibition was supported by Russian Ministry of Transport, Federal Road Agency and Avtodor.  

The All-Russia Association of Road Sector Employers (ASPOR) and the All-Russia Trade Union of Road Transport and Infrastructure Workers have summed up the results of Russian Roads 2015 Contest. The award ceremony was held in Moscow.

On 5 October 2015 Stroyproekt employees who successfully completed young engineers’ training course in 2014-2015 were awarded with the advanced training certificates of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University named after Peter the Great. The training programme was dedicated to construction safety and road engineering quality.

At the TASS News Agency, the road sector experts gave a press-conference and spoke about costs of the Russian roads, as compared to the western analogues, and technical and economic parameters of bridges. The experts also discussed various engineering approaches used in Russia and Europe and prospects of regional PPP projects development.

On 4 September 2015, a regular session of the Committee for Design of Industrial Facilities and Transport Infrastructure was held in the National Association of Surveyors and Designers (NOPRIZ).

On 3rd September 2015, the Working Group of the Public Council set up by the Federal Road Agency Rosavtodor of the Russian Ministry of Transport held the first meeting. The session focused on the improvement of design expert review procedure in the road construction sector.

The Ceremony took place at the territory of the central office in St. Petersburg. Mr. Zhurbin, the General Director, in his opening speech pointed out that this Signpost symbolizes unlimited potential of an engineering thinking and its realization owing to the corporative teamwork.

An official start-up was given to a new major construction project by Head of Rosavtodor Roman Starovoit, Vice-President of the Russian Federation Government Arkadiy Dvorkovich, First Deputy of the Russian Federation Transport Minister Oleg Belozerov, Acting Governor of Kaluga Region Anatoly Artamonov and Deputy General Director of Stroyproekt Alexey Surovtsev.

Implementation of the motorway ramp flyover project in Sochi will ensure free access to the railway station, improve the traffic flow management at the adjacent territory and increase traffic capacity of this transport node.

This year Stroyproekt Engineering Group has been again ranked to be among the Top-150 of design companies in the world.

On 12-14 March 2015 the delegation of Engineering Group Stroyproekt participated in the 9th China Summit for bridges and tunnels in Shenzhen. The Summit was attended by representatives of the major design and construction companies from China, India, the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and Russia.

On 16 September 2014, the project for construction of a new bridge to Krestovsky Island was presented at the public hearing held in Primorsky District Administration. The new bridge will link reclaimed areas of Krestovsky Island with Yakhtennaya Street.

The first joint project of our companies was engineering consultancy services for the North – South Alternative Road Project which is being implemented in Kyrgyzstan.

An agreement on incorporation of a non-commercial organization “National Association of Road Industry Investors and Operators” was signed at the Second International Forum 2014 of Road Infrastructure Investors and Operators in Kazan.

A group of Finnish engineers who came to St. Petersburg to study Russian experience of major infrastructure projects have visited Stroyproekt.

Novgorodstroyproekt obtains a permit for new types of works

This permit will enable Novgorodstroyproekt to participate in a wider range of tenders and bids for design of various projects, including hazardous and highly technical ones (except for nuclear power energy facilities).

International Road Exhibition is held in Ekaterinburg from October 16 to 18 bringing together experts of the industry.
