Tolyatti Bypass: road construction is 90% completed 31.10.2023

Tolyatti Bypass with a bridge over the Volga is being built in Saratov Region. The highway, including approaches to the bridge, is 90% complete.
At the bypass stretch located on the left bank of the Volga, the contractors are installing barriers, road signs and noise screens, and are completing the interchange with the M-5 Ural highway. On the right bank, construction of bridges across the Maza and the Taidakovo is close to the finish line.
Tolyatti Bypass is 100 km long. When completed, the highway will optimise traffic flows and create new logistics chains. The project is divided into 5 stages: our company is the main designer of stages 2, 3 and 4; furthermore, we are providing construction supervision and consulting services for the remaining stages, including stage 1 with construction of a bridge over the Volga.
The project is based on a public-private partnership and is one of the largest PPP projects in Russia. The Tolyatti Bypass Project is a winner of the ROSINFRA national infrastructure sector award in the nomination “The Best PPP Road Project”.
