Positive Opinion of the State Expert Review Authority Received for Utilities Design and Rehabilitation Project in the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius and Moscow Theological Academy

On 29 May 2018, a positive opinion by the State Expert Review Authority was received for the design, results of engineering surveys and cost estimates for the project “Utilities Design and Rehabilitation in the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius and Moscow Theological Academy”, in Sergiev Posad, Moscow Region.

State Client: St. Petersburg Flood Protection Barrier Authority, Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.
General Designer: Moscow Branch of Institute Stroyproekt.

The Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius being a national heritage site is also included in the UNESCO world heritage site list. 

The design solutions approved by the Cultural Heritage Authority for Moscow Region and by the Russian Ministry of Culture allow executing works in confined conditions and ensure safety of historical buildings.
