Stroyproekt General Director Aleksei Zhurbin Makes a Presentation at All- Russia Round Table

On 21 May 2019, an all-Russia round table was held in Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI). The round table topic was “Challenges and effective ways to implement Road Safety and Quality National Project and Russia’s transition to a new technological level, which ensures 12-year period between road overhauls”. 

А. Zhurbin gave a presentation “Optimization of the design codes and technical regulations in transport construction. Pricing issues in road construction”.  The presentation included the analysis of current problems of standard-setting policy and methodology, and pricing approaches, and proposed a number of solutions.    

The round table was attended by officials from the Russian President Administration, members of the State Duma, Ministry of Transport of Russia, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Federal Road Agency, State Company Rosavtodor, leading industry companies and associations, and research and academic institutions.
