Stroyproekt successfully completed the 1st Phase of Project for construction of the Oslofjord crossing in Norway
25.12.2014The services included an expert technical evaluation of engineering solutions proposed by our foreign colleagues for two design alternatives, in particular: a 3500 m long non-standard suspension bridge crossing with an 1800 m long main span, and an 825 m long free-cantilever bridge. Stroyproekt has also suggested various options for the design optimisation.
The Government and Parliament of Norway have reviewed the outcome of the work carried out by the consortium and are now performing an independent audit of the project alternatives. It is expected that a decision on further implementation of the project will be taken in March 2015.
