Stroyproekt participated in Russian PPP Week

The 4th Infrastructure Congress “Russian PPP Week” was held in Moscow. It is the largest event for infrastructure development and public-private partnership.

The participants discussed various issues related to enhancing the effectiveness of PPP investment projects and common mistakes and bottlenecks associated with the application of the existing legislation to PPP projects, including transport concessions and private concession initiatives. They also overviewed key transport projects implemented in 2016 and spoke about prospects for 2017. 

Director of Consulting and International Projects Division, Stroyproekt and the member of the PPP Development Centre Expert Council participated in the debates “Searching for a compromise in PPP projects: risk allocation, termination conditions, the role of direct agreement and efficiency assessment”.  During the debates, the expert community advocated the right to use PPP mechanisms for implementation of large infrastructure projects.
