Stroyproekt takes part in the International Conference “Role of Intelligent Transport Systems for Toll Roads in Russia. Experience and Development Prospects” 30.10.2014

Stroyproekt presented its major infrastructure projects, in particular: Back-up of Kurortny Prospect in Olympic Sochi, Bugrinsky Bridge across the Ob River with a record long latticed arch span of 380 m in Novosibirsk and Western High Speed Diameter Motorway in St. Petersburg.

The Head of Stroyproekt Moscow Branch, Alexander Kusik told about the Stroyproekt Engineering Group projects and toll road design experience to the Chairman of the Board of the State Company Avtodor, Sergey Kelbakh, and to the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Oleg Belozerov.  

The official agenda of the Conference included also two round table sessions to discuss the challenges associated with ITS introduction and operation and to share practical experience in implementation of similar projects.  

Boleslav Sivkov, Stroyproekt’s leading engineer, made a presentation on toll road transport planning and modelling systems at the round table “Situational and Operational Management, and Traffic Safety on Toll Roads: Problems, Approaches and Solutions”.
