The M-4 Don Highway Project has obtained approval by the State Expert Review Authority (GGE)

Approvals by GGE have been obtained for technical and cost-estimating design documentation for the project: the M-4 Don highway from Moscow to Novorossiysk through the cities of Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar.
