Stroyproekt Engineering Group: the policy of efficient management

On 2 and 3 June, the annual meeting of senior managers of Stroyproekt Engineering Group took place in Novgorod.
The main issues for discussion were how to streamline the work processes to enable sustainable development of the member companies, mastering new business areas and novel technologies. One of the key topics was development and implementation of BIM technologies.
A closer partnership of the member companies will allow Stroyproekt rendering the fullest possible range of design and engineering consultancy services in the transport sector of Russia and abroad.
The agenda ended with a party dedicated to the 10-year anniversary of Novgorodstroyproekt. Our colleagues from Novgorod have already proved to be very hospitable and again this time everybody really enjoyed the party.
For information: Back in 2013 in Novgorod, the member companies signed the Memorandum of Stroyproekt Engineering Group that defines the main principles of its performance.
