Stroyproekt will develop a feasibility study for the third stage of the Sochi Bypass Project 07.04.2020

Stroyproekt signed the contract to develop a feasibility study for construction of the third stage of the Sochi Bypass.

The bypass includes 3 traffic interchanges, 10 bridges, and 10 tunnels. The total length of the bridges is about 3.020 m (in both directions). The tunnels of both directions are about 20.850 m long.
The bypass section is approximately 14.5 km long. It starts from the Psakhe River in Mamaika area and ends at Nizhnyaya Khobza village in Lazarevsky District. Design traffic speed is 120 km/h.

The Sochi bypass is one of the first road projects implemented by Institute Stroyproekt in the region. Stroyproekt started designing the first stage of the Sochi bypass back in 2007, in preparation for the Winter Olympic Games.

The construction will be financed from the federal budget.

Client: FKU Chernomorye Road Administration.
