Stroyproekt participates in the workshop on pricing and cost engineering in urban construction.

On 31 May 2017, the workshop on “Pricing and cost engineering in urban construction” was held in Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University. The workshop was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the construction economics and management department.

The workshop was organised by the department with the participation of Stroyproekt and ICA Astaldi - IC Ictas, an Italian and Turkish construction consortium. 

The workshop moderators were Sergey Oparin, head of the department, and Lyudmila Kudriavtseva, Stroyproekt deputy general director. 

The participants focused on the current challenges and prospects for development of construction pricing and cost engineering, including investment project costs management and technical and price auditing. They also discussed positive experiences of the road market pricing and ways to improve reliability of construction cost estimating.
