Phase 1: Construction of the bypass road having the same technical parameters as the existing local roads and construction of the first stage of the bridge;
Phase 2: The bypass road expansion with account for the local transport infrastructure development and construction of the second stage of the bridge.
In accordance with the ToR, Stroyproekt shall provide the Client with three alternatives for the new bridge structural system.
Stroyproekt has already started developing the design and cost estimate documentation and is now busy with obtaining initial data, required permits, and engineering surveying.  
We recall that early November 2014 the old bridge over the Western Dvina in Velizh collapsed and was closed for traffic. Currently the traffic uses a temporary bridge that has been built by the military within a very short time.
