Northern By-Pass of Pskov (Second Star-up Complex) will connect the regional motorway Pskov –Gdov – Slantsy – Kingisepp – Kuzemkino – Krakolie with the А-212 Motorway Pskov – Izborsk – Estonian Border. The Start-up Complex includes the Velikaya River crossing. The new road will considerably decrease transit traffic in Pskov.
