The Moscow Region Central Ring Road is a priority federal project in the field of transport infrastructure. 
Key objectives of the project:
• Relieve radial routes by creating new transverse transport links,
• Optimize freight traffic flow distribution by intercepting and diverting heavy trucks at the  approaches of Moscow,
• Enable the intensive development of international transport corridors.

Construction of a new railway line bypassing the city of Saratov will increase the capacity of rail approaches to the Saratov transport hub and divert freight traffic from the city.

Description

The regional highway connects the city of Vladivostok, Knevichi airport, the city of Bolshoy Kamen with Zvezda shipyard, and ports of Nakhodka and Vostochny Port. Nakhodka together with Vostochny Port make the biggest transportation hub of the Russian Far East. Its annual cargo turnover is over 90 million tons.

 
M-12 Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan Express Highway M-12 Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan Express Highway

Description

As part of the Western Europe - Western China international transport corridor, the M-12 Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan new express highway will link the Russia capital to the Volga region, connecting four country's largest conurbations, and will halve the travel time between Moscow and Kazan.

Description

The project envisages reconstruction of the existing aerodrome administered by the Russian Ministry of Defense and shared now with Gazprom Avia.

The reconstruction project includes construction of a business terminal for Gazprom and upgrade of the aerodrome to meet civil aviation standards for category II operations (precision approach). The aerodrome will handle such aircrafts as Boeing 737-700, Boeing 737 BBJ, F-7X, F-8X, TU-134, the MI-8 helicopters, etc.

 

 
Murmansk Airport Rehabilitation Murmansk Airport Rehabilitation

Description

Rehabilitation of the Murmansk Airport — the northernmost international airport in Russia — is part of the national programme for comprehensive modernization and enhancement of main transport infrastructure by 2024.

The project is aimed at increasing the airport capacity and improving the flights safety. It involves construction of new pavement between the central and northern aprons to handle the A-321 type aircrafts and construction of a new taxiway between the aprons and the runway. The project also provides for construction of a rescue station and a perimeter patrol road.

The project aims to modernise the existing railway infrastructure to increase the capacity of Baikal - Amur railroad in the direction of the Far East sea terminals and cross border points.

Construction of the Tolyatti Bypass with the bridge over the Volga River is of high strategic importance. It will significantly contribute to the economic progress and growth of the Samara Region and create favorable conditions for founding the integrated economic area and attracting the federal and foreign investments.

 
M-11 Neva Express Motorway M-11 Neva Express Motorway

Description

The M-11 Neva toll expressway between Moscow and St. Petersburg is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Russia. It is a much-needed congestion reliever of the M-10 motorway. The new road bypasses all populated areas in Moscow, Tver, Novgorod and Leningrad Regions.

Construction of the expressway allowed decreasing the traffic and reducing accident rate on the M-10. Travel from Moscow to St. Petersburg takes now 6-7 hours.

Stroyproekt developed the design and detail design of several M-11 sections, as well as the design of large and non-standard bridges, overpasses and flyovers for the whole road. Our company also performed construction supervision for Stages IV and V.

The river crossing includes a bridge over the Ob River with approaches, traffic interchanges at the right and at the left banks, a tunnel under Trans-Siberian railway road, toll plaza buildings and utilities.
