Experience and Development Prospects” The exhibition of leading commercial companies in the field of road infrastructure engineering and construction, and intelligent transport systems and telecommunications development was held within the Conference framework.

	22.10.2014 Photo Report on WHSD Central Section Construction Progress The Contractor is currently concreting piers, constructing temporary bridges and installing deck blocks of the bridges in the delta of the Neva River.

	10.10.2014 Stroyproekt participates in All Russia Exhibition “Road Construction Achievements and Innovations” in Novosibirsk Maxim Sokolov, Russian Minister of Transport, opened the Exhibition. The opening ceremony was also attended by Igor Levitin, aid of the Russian President, Roman Starovoit, Rosavtodor Director, Vladimir Gorodetsky, Governor of Novosibirsk Region, and Anatoly Lokot, Mayor of Novosibirsk.

	07.10.2014 Russian President Vladimir Putin Opens New Ob River Crossing – Bugrinsky Bridge On 8 October 2014, the third bridge across the Ob River in Novosibirsk was open for traffic.

	04.10.2014 BELASDOR Delegation Visits Stroyproekt A delegation of BELASDOR (Belarussian Association of Road Building Organizations) has visited the head office of Stroyproekt. Managers and engineers from Belarus came to St. Petersburg to learn best practices in the field of road and bridge construction.

	01.10.2014 Testing Results Received for Arch Span of Bugrinsky Bridge in Novosibirsk The river span of Bugrinsky Bridge across the Ob River has been successfully tested with design loads and proved to have a multiple safety margin. By tradition, the representatives of the General Contractor, the Client and the Designer were staying under the tested bridge in a boat, thus demonstrating their every confidence in the quality of executed works.

	29.09.2014 Engineering Committee of the Russian Builders’ Union (RSS) Steers for Extended Collaboration with FIDIC Following the discussion, a working group for international collaboration was set up within the Committee. The group will be headed by Oleg Kaschenko, a representative of Stroyproekt Engineering Group and a Council member of the RODOS Self-Regulating Organization (Association of Road Design and Survey Organizations).

	25.09.2014 Photo report: WHSD Central Section Construction progress The Contractor is erecting deck steel structures for the WHSD mainway at the construction site in Savushkina Street, where the Central and the Northern sections of the motorway merge. After that a reinforced concrete slab will be made on the deck.

	23.09.2014 Public Hearings Held on the New Bridge to Krestovsky Island Project On 16 September 2014, the project for construction of a new bridge to Krestovsky Island was presented at the public hearing held in Primorsky District Administration. The new bridge will link reclaimed areas of Krestovsky Island with Yakhtennaya Street.
