The Positive Opinion by the State Expert Review Authority Received for Design of a New Exit to Moscow Ring Road from M-7 “Volga” Federal Highway

The positive opinion by the State Expert Review Authority was received for Design of a new exit to Moscow Ring Road from M-7 “Volga” Federal Highway Construction Stage I (with a by-pass of Balashiha and Noginsk in Moscow Region).

The particular feature of this project is passing of the motor road in the same transport corridor with the high-speed railway VSM-2 Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod-Kazan. The accepted technical solution for relocation of utilities will facilitate construction of both the highway and the high-speed railway.  Implementation of this solution requires coordination of two separate projects and the works of different design companies. This also implied obtaining a number of approvals and coordination of changes introduced in line with the comments of the Expert Review Authority.
